Shipping Policy

For HCMC area

• Customers who buy from  under 3 sets of doors , the Company will  charge additional shipping fees. The staff who record the order will notify the customer of the shipping fee. This shipping policy is applied throughout the door showroom system.
• Customers who buy more than 3 sets of doors will receive reduced shipping costs to the construction site in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. HCM. This shipping policy is applied throughout the door showroom system.
• Customers who buy more than 4 sets of doors will get free shipping to the construction site in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. HCM.
• This shipping policy is applied throughout the door showroom system.

For suburban areas

• For transportation to the suburbs or to the provinces depending on the distance. We will quote specific shipping costs to customers. Maybe we can move out if we go to the provinces.
• Customers actively contact the car for us to move. This shipping policy is applied throughout the door showroom system.

Delivery time

• For available products, the delivery time for customers in the South region is from 3 to 10 days. For customers in the Central and Northern regions, it is from 5 -15 days.
• For products that are not available in stock or are custom made by customers, the delivery time will be agreed and notified to the customer.
